With the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) era and the emergence of autonomous driving systems and self-driving vehicle technologies, the trend toward product intelligence is becoming more pronounced. However, the challenge lies in how to elevate older vehicle models to a higher level of intelligence through aftermarket solutions while ensuring driving safety to achieve the goals of driver assistance.
Luxgen, being Taiwan's first independently developed automobile brand, is at the forefront of this transformation. As a collaborative partner, we are engaged in a comprehensive upgrade of the vehicle telematics system, striving to create a tailor-made intelligent driving experience that balances both safety and intelligence for retrofitted vehicles.

Research has indicated that a primary cause of accidents during driving is the use of mobile phones. Therefore, the product's primary focus lies in analyzing driving behaviors to mitigate distractions and offer personalized solutions.
In the study of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) systems, it was found that vehicle health data is typically diagnosed by manufacturers, leaving vehicle owners unaware of issues in real time. Our objective is to minimize response times and empower vehicle owners by providing them with immediate access to their vehicle's health status. This way, they can promptly react to any problems that arise while driving.

User-Based Insurance
The focus of the vehicle app is centered around the design of the on-board diagnostics system. Unlike typical systems, when a vehicle diagnostic issue arises, the app directly notifies the user through the "Guide Me" interface in real time. It provides more detailed data and the most efficient repair options, empowering the vehicle owner to make informed decisions promptly.
Additionally, analyzing driving behavior and implementing a Driver Behavior Scoring system serves as a reminder for safe driving practices. By utilizing the assessment results, the app offers personalized user-based insurance (UBI) plans that align with individual driving patterns.
The vehicle owner app is designed to synchronize with the vehicle app, encompassing features such as diagnostics, scoring results, navigation, and more. Additionally, it comes equipped with remote vehicle control capabilities, enabling functions like unlocking, starting, pre-cooling, pre-heating, and vehicle location tracking from a distance.
